Combating exclusion
Combating exclusion is one of the priority commitments Cofidis has made to the society. At Cofidis, diversity is an asset. We operate in 9 European countries and pursue a policy of inclusion: we build joint management committees, establish teams where women make up 70% and employ staff with disabilities. With an ambitious target to reduce its carbon footprint, Cofidis Group is mobilising its teams to become ambassadors for large-scale change. We have launched the #LikeMyPlanet programme, which supports our employees in implementing ideas to protect the environment.
